World Qualifier Packet This explains everything you need to know about the tournament and how to prepare to fill out the Team Certification Statement.
 
Team Certification Form   Please read carefully.  The certification form must be filled out and signed in order for you to be eligible to play.  Please follow the instructions on returning the signed portion of the form.  
 
June Distributor Rules  All players should be familiar with our Official Team Manual and the attached 8 Ball & 9 Ball World Qualifier Rules.
